Leadership Consultancy’s 1-day Food Safety Courses are delivered in an interactive format that is fun and upbeat, with the ServSafe® Manager Certification Exam administered by 2pm on the same day.

All ServSafe® class participants will receive:

pre-test prior to the class.
The class also includes your exam access code, lunch, snacks, and beverages.
All attendees must provide a laptop or tablet for the online exam.
About Shelby Morris
Our Sr. Executive Food Safety Coach and Trainer
Shelby’s passion is positively influencing the lives of others. At Leadership Consultancy, Shelby helps clients exceed industry standards in food handling. She performs restaurant operational classes and training sessions, and administers certification assessments to empower teams to serve consistently great food in a clean and safe environment. After earning her ServSafe Instructor/Proctor Certification in 2016, she has leveraged this skill set to inspire and engage restaurant team members, Operators, and support staff around the United States to foster a stronger culture of food safety in their restaurants. She has 10 years of experience in Senior Leadership with Chick-fil-A™ franchisees, specializing in refining processes and systems for Food Safety, Training, Leadership Development, and Talent Investment. Before Chick-fil-A, Shelby spent five years in fine dining as a chef alongside other award-winning James Beard Foundation chefs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and history from William Carey University and a master’s degree in English with an interdisciplinary focus. She lives with her two children, Keegan Reese and Logan Malen, in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

Refunds are not available after registration.

for an additional cost upon request.
