At Leadership Consultancy, Elizabeth serves Chick-fil-A™ clients as they identify and address specific leadership competencies. She uses evidence-based models to help them leverage growth opportunities and encourage self-reflection within the business. As a result, clients experience purposeful and intentional direction that will elevate not only their business practices, but transform their personal mentality.
Elizabeth holds a master’s degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma with two master’s level certificates: human resource diversity and development and helping skills in human relations. She completed her bachelor’s degree in business administration-management at Winthrop University. Elizabeth was the Chick-fil-A™ Newgate Mall Operator in Ogden, Utah, where she served for just under two years before moving overseas with her husband, an active duty military member. She has spent recent years in a university level Campus and Area Director role with the University of Oklahoma and Park University, coaching individuals as they pursue educational goals. Additionally, she served Samaritans, a non-profit in the United Kingdom, by providing confidential support and emotional distress guidance while facilitating all fundraising activities.
