Justin's passion is empowering others to achieve their full potential. He believes deeply that every individual is uniquely created by God and has a sacred calling on their life. He loves helping his clients thrive in their calling.

 

At Leadership Consultancy, Justin conducts strategic planning for Operators and high-capacity leaders to achieve long-term goals in their personal and professional lives. Through communication training and coaching, he facilitates team development to eliminate confusion, streamline repetitions, and maximize capacity. As a CoreStrengths® certified facilitator, he uses assessments to build teams that perform better, navigate conflict, embrace diversity, and power through obstacles with empowered decisions. Justin holds a bachelor of arts in history from the University of North Georgia, a master’s degree in divinity from Luther Rice Seminary, and a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Northcentral University. He has served in pastoral ministry for 20 years, while also spending 15 years as an Army Reserve chaplain, currently with the 7th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne). As the former Headmaster of a private school, he led through a multi-million dollar building project and organizational restructuring. Justin is an adjunct faculty member at Abilene Christian University, where he developed a leadership course for the Texas Rangers through ACU’s “RangersU” partnership with the team. He is the founder of the nonprofit Communicate to Care and the host of The Leading Lounge Podcast. He has also led many conferences, retreats, and seminars.
