The Operator Pathway® Target Badge 105 (Q4)

Leadership Consultancy® is excited to offer The Operator Pathway® Target Badge 105. This Q4 2026 class is offered on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, beginning October 7 at 10:00 a.m. ET. This class runs from October through December 2026. 

The Foundation Badge 101, The Structure Badge 102, The People Badge 103, and The Onboarding Badge 104 are prerequisites for The Target Badge 105.

The Operator Pathway® is designed for:

• Franchisee Selection Candidates or those considering submitting an Expression of Interest

• Senior Restaurant Leaders who are driving organizational growth and pursuing strategic business knowledge

• Participants in the Leadership Development Program seeking to increase their business acumen
