Leadership Consultancy is partnering with Operator Bill Carnohan II and hosting a special FREE Sunday Night Live: Labor & Productivity on April 7th. All Chick-fil-A Operators, Chick-fil-A restaurant team members, and Support Center Staff are welcome. If you work for a restaurant, you must have your Operator's approval to attend this workshop. Please do NOT RSVP unless you have approval. We trust and verify.

On Sunday, April 7th at 9:00 pm EST, we will review specific reports and how to apply data to make informed business decisions in the restaurant.

Once you RSVP for the workshop, you will receive a Zoom link. Our team will also provide pre-work and assignments. At no time will any attendees be asked to share restaurant-specific data or confidential information. Operator Bill Carnohan II will present personal examples gleaned from his business experience.

Please log in ten minutes early in casual attire. Beginning at 8:50 pm EST, Leadership Consultancy will run a slideshow highlighting our clients' accomplishments, survey results, client testimonials, and other fun surprises.
