Strengthening Your Spiritual and Emotional Leadership Cohort #1

PURPOSE 

Operators will develop strategies to cope with pressures of high-level business ownership through cultivating flourishing relationships, increasing vulnerability, giving and receiving shared guidance, and building confidence through emotional intelligence.

COHORT PARTICIPANTS 

Strengthening Your Spiritual and Emotional Leadership Cohorts of 8+ Operator participants will meet virtually, led by 2 Leadership Consultancy facilitators with at least 1 seminary graduate, Pastoral Counselor, or an Executive Coach with tenured ministry experience. An Operator Sponsor will be assigned to the group to ensure a clear line of communication between Leadership Consultancy and Chick-fil-A, Inc™. Space for up to 8+ Operator participants, 1 LDP participant, and 1 Coop Candidate will be reserved for each cohort.
