Abbi’s passion is strengthening relationships by fostering professional growth through communication, process improvement, and community engagement.

 

At Leadership Consultancy, Abbi serves as a facilitator on the operator pathway curriculum and works to identify and address specific leadership competencies to becoming a successful business owner. She leverages the sessions she teaches to help participants leverage growth opportunities and encourage self-reflection within the business. As a result, clients experience purposeful and intentional direction that will elevate their business practices and transform their personal mentality.

 

Abbi holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from the University of Tennessee as well as currently working through a masters in apologetics from Liberty University. She also has the six-sigma certified business consultant certificate as well as being certified as an expert interview coach. In her vast experience, she has served in multiple fields including Chick-fil-A Inc. stores, Chick-fil-A Inc. Support center development programs, children’s ministry and the FBI. Throughout these different fields, her red thread is tied to her desire to serve people, raise up the next generation and challenge the status quo in pursuit of excellence.

 

Abbi’s personal values are faith, integrity, family, loyalty and compassion. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband.
