Andres holds a bachelor’s degree in international business (Spanish/Latin America) from San Diego State University and a master’s degree in business administration from National University. He has nine years of Chick-fil-ATM experience, culminating in his current position as Senior Director of Operations at Chick-fil-A Eastlake Terraces. Leading and training others working in a variety of roles, he emphasizes the power of teamwork and how work should be fun. Every day in the restaurant reinforces what experience
has taught him to be true: leadership takes sacrifice, grace, grit, and the willingness to make tough decisions.
