At Leadership Consultancy, Daniel helps clients develop competencies related to critical success factors in business acumen and communication. He gives feedback through Operational Visit and Analysis Reports to identify and leverage growth opportunities and encourage self-reflection. Based on data gathered during quarterly random and unannounced restaurant visits, Operator clients receive a detailed look into Food Safety, operational throughput, managerial leadership, organization of the restaurant, systems and processes, cleanliness, and accountability. Clients also learn models such as the Leadership Practices Inventory®, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™, EQi™, and SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge™.​
Daniel received a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He leverages over sixteen years of experience in various capacities with Chick-fil-A™. He served in the Leadership Development Program as an Interim Manager and Grand Opening Supervisor from March 2019 to August 2021, traveling to 11 states for 19 assignments. His Chick-fil-A™ career started in 2006, moving from the position of Team Member to Team Leader, Manager, Hiring & Training Director, and General Manager. He was a recipient of the Chick-fil-A™ Scholarship in 2011.​
