Kelley’s passion is leading and supporting others through making connections and building meaningful and purposeful relationships. She strives for clear communication, attention to detail, and high quality results.
At Leadership Consultancy, Kelley directly supports the CEO and team with administrative and executive duties. She creates and manages ongoing projects, systems, and databases, coordinating multiple schedules and communication across the team. Kelley maintains integrity and discretion in the handling of sensitive and confidential information, and seeks to seamlessly support the team to achieve results for our clients.
Kelley holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Clemson University. She spent several years working in manufacturing, quality, and sourcing at GE and Bosch before taking an extended period of time to focus on raising her family. During that time, she taught survival swim lessons and worked as an executive assistant. She honed her leadership, communication, and administrative skills in a variety of roles by serving on school PTA boards, leading church community groups, and acting as swim team president.
Kelley’s personal values are Faith, Integrity, Loyalty, Efficiency, and Generosity. She lives with her husband and three teenagers in Greenville, SC. She loves spending time exploring new places with them.
