Holly is passionate about developing the next generation of Christian leaders in the marketplace.  After more than two decades in leadership roles in corporate America and ministry, she strives to share her experience of leading others, cultivating positive workplace culture, and building organizational health with the rising leaders of this generation.

 

At Leadership Consultancy, Holly is supporting the CEO by leading strategic projects for the organization. With strong foundational skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving, Holly can galvanize a team towards a shared vision. With the ability to clearly see what it will take to achieve an organization's vision, she can outline the action steps and remove barriers to ensure the team's success.

 

Until recently, Holly lived her entire adult life in Atlanta, Georgia. She moved to Atlanta after graduating with a bachelor of journalism from the University of Missouri to begin her career at the world headquarters of The Coca-Cola Company. During her 26-year career at Coca-Cola, Holly held a variety of roles, each one building her leadership skill set.

 

After Coca-Cola, Holly was called to ministry for a season and worked as the Executive Director of Intown Community Church in Atlanta.  In March of this year, Holly and her husband, Lee Cunningham, embarked on a three-month adventure traveling through the U.S. and Canada in their sprinter van before settling at Lake Keowee in South Carolina for the next chapter of their lives. Holly returns to Atlanta frequently because her two adult children live and work in Atlanta.
