Sierra Hickman’s passion is to guide great leaders to understand and use current best practices in psychology to create and implement systems and processes to empower their teams.


At Leadership Consultancy, Sierra partners with Executive Coaches conducting development seminars, assessment debriefs, training sessions, and systems evaluations. She leverages her enthusiasm for recent advancements in organizational psychology, as well as her experience assisting Owner/Operators in the Chick-fil-A™ restaurant setting to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency and profitability.


Sierra graduated from the University of Central Florida in August 2021 with a bachelor of science degree in psychology. She has five years of experience with Chick-fil-A™, including the areas of customer service, sales strategy implementation, leadership, cash management, and using data to improve business profitability.


Sierra’s Personal Values are Faith, Family, Ownership, Integrity, Accountability, and Discipline. She lives in Boca Raton, Florida with her husband James, who also works for Chick-fil-A™.
