At Leadership Consultancy, Ralph builds trusting pastoral relationships to co-create solutions for life-affecting issues and challenges. He is committed to seeing clients thrive in business and personal lives, and therefore to helping clients navigate mental health challenges that arise from the pressures associated with high-level leadership and business ownership.

 

Ralph holds a Masters In Pastoral Counseling (Crisis & Trauma) from Liberty University. He has over 25 years of experience in pastoral ministry and serving counseling needs for families, marriages, individuals and communities.

 

Ralph’s personal values are Faith, Family, Authenticity, Humility and Laughter. He lives in the Vero Beach, Florida area with his wife and enjoys the privilege of being a dad to one daughter and two sons. He is also a licensed Dad-joke teller.
