Lantz’s passion is helping leaders be great stewards by multiplying all that has been entrusted to their care by maximizing their unique strengths.

 

At Leadership Consultancy, Lantz partners with clients to develop self-awareness, assertiveness, and non-anxious presence in their businesses and personal lives. He works with Operators and other high-capacity leaders to help them avoid burnout by redeeming time at home and flourishing in all of life’s domains. His clients use CliftonStrengths®, the Enneagram, Birkman, and other models to discover deeper insights and opportunities for growth. Lantz also leads the Strengthening Your Spiritual and Emotional Leadership Cohorts, providing a community in which leaders are supported and encouraged to stay aligned with what matters most.

 

Lantz holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Phoenix: Las Vegas and a bachelor’s degree in humanities and ministry from Lubbock Christian University. He is a WinShape Marriage Adventure Leader, an associate certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, and has advanced training in the Enneagram. Lantz has served as a vocational minister for almost two decades, seeking to integrate all of life into coaching his clients.
