Kendall Mealy’s passion is to empower individuals to identify strengths, exploit growth opportunities, navigate team dynamics, and drive organizational excellence.

 

At Leadership Consultancy, Kendall coaches clients to use evidence-based models and various assessment tools to identify and address specific leadership competencies. She also designs and facilitates workshops, training sessions, and leadership development experiences for Operators and their leadership teams. She is a Master Certified Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge® Workshop and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® Workshop.

 

Kendall holds a master’s degree in public administration from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Virginia. She spent years in government relations, working alongside government officials and specializing in policy and grassroots advocacy. She has worked for over ten years at a national non-profit in the leadership and organizational development space.
