Kelly Sartain’s passion is to lead well and to inspire, equip, and encourage others to do the same. Kelly founded Leadership Consultancy in 2019, leveraging over twenty years of experience coaching high-level executives from across the business world. Her greatest goal is to see her clients killing it in business, crushing their personal lives, and serving as effective ambassadors of the Chick-fil-A™ brand.

Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Clemson University and a master’s degree in professional counseling from Georgia State University. She spent 6 years working in corporate America and nearly a decade as the Founding Executive Director of The Buggy Bunch, a nonprofit organization serving families along Florida's Treasure Coast. Kelly has served as a facilitator for the

Chick-fil-A™ Impact Accelerator Plywood People PATH class and as a member of Impact 100 and the Society for Human Resource Management.

 

Kelly’s personal values are Faith, Family, Diversity, Grit, Integrity, Forward-Looking, and Loyalty. She lives in Vero Beach, Florida with her family.
