Kara's passion is coaching and developing dynamic leaders, walking alongside them as they pursue their personal and professional goals.

At Leadership Consultancy, Kara helps clients steward their dreams by pushing towards high standards. She coaches to competencies in business and communication, using her extensive experience in Chick-fil-A™ restaurants to assist high-level leaders in developing better systems pertaining to leadership, talent, customer experience, sales & brand growth, and financial return.

Kara holds a bachelor's degree in mass communications from the University of South Florida. She has worked for Chick-fil-A™ for over 13 years, the last 8 in senior-level positions serving Operator Rick Powell, stewarding multiple areas of the business, including marketing, catering, operations, and people. Kara is the current Operating Partner at Chick-fil-A™ Mt. Dora, and is in Chick-fil-A™’s Candidate Coop in hopes of becoming an Operator in the near future.

Kara's personal values are: Faith, Achievement, Integrity, Loyalty, and Quality. She lives in Lake Mary, FL with her husband, Joshua, and their baby boy, Jude.
