Daniel’s passion is to positively influence others, grow purposefully, and serve others authentically.

 

At Leadership Consultancy, Daniel partners with clients to develop competencies related to critical success factors in business acumen and communication. His clients use models such as the Leadership Practices Inventory®, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™, EQi™, and SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge™ to articulate and leverage growth opportunities, engage in self-reflection, and use their passions to fuel their accomplishments. Daniel also gives feedback through Operational Visit and Analysis Reports. Based on data gathered during quarterly random and unannounced restaurant visits, Operator clients receive a detailed look into Food Safety, operational throughput, managerial leadership, organization of the restaurant, systems and processes, cleanliness, and accountability.

 

Daniel received a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He leverages sixteen years of experience in various capacities with Chick-fil-A™. He served in the Leadership Development Program as an Interim Manager and Grand Opening Supervisor from March 2019 to August 2021, traveling to 11 states for 19 assignments. His Chick-fil-A™ career started in 2006, moving from the position of Team Member to Team Leader, Manager, Hiring & Training Director, and General Manager. He was a recipient of the Chick-fil-A™ Scholarship in 2011.

 

Daniel’s personal values are Development, Integrity, Stewardship, and Humility. He lives in San Clemente, CA. Daniel has played drums for 15 years and enjoys Formula 1 racing, archery, and the outdoors.
