At Leadership Consultancy, Chad helps clients develop a deep bench of skilled workers by planning and implementing strategic, people-focused systems in all stages of the talent pipeline. Examples include recruiting, employee value proposition, onboarding, leadership development, and performance evaluations. He excels in taking talent management way beyond bullet points on a wall, targeting ways to increase employee engagement and create an irresistible, values-driven culture that attracts and retains loyal team members.

 

Chad has a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Azusa Pacific University. After working for 8 years in non-profit and higher education, he made a career change to work as the Head of People and Organizational Development at Chick-fil-A™ Hollywood. He is also on the path to becoming an Operator.

 

Chad’s personal values are Fun, Adventure, Grace, and Growth. He lives in Los Angeles and enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and eating tacos with his wife and new daughter.
